Escrow Inquiries
When requesting escrow information for a sale, please use the web form, below.  Attach your request document in PDF format.  The request needs to include the following information about the transaction:
  • Seller name
  • Buyer name
  • Lot number
  • Property Address - if raw land, include street of lot.
  • County tax parcel number
  • Anticipated closing date
 
Water
The HOA does not own the water system and cannot provide any information about the water billing or system.  The water system is privately owned by Thunder Ridge Water Company, Inc., 360-629-2900, Stanwood, WA.  Water inquiries can be directed to King Water Company, 360-678-5336 or 1-888-241-2503, Coupeville, WA.
